ILR's Worker Institute and the US DOL–Women’s Bureau brought together researchers, policy makers, practitioners, unions, philanthropy, and advocates to share current research and practice on how the U.S. can tackle the climate crisis and create high-quality union jobs for women and frontline communities of color that suffer the most from climate change, pollution and historic inequities.
